We are excited to share that PCS has been appointed as the SG Cares Volunteer Centre @ Clementi in November 2025 and SG Cares Volunteer Centre @ Bukit Merah in January 2026. Together with our partners and residents, we’re building on strong foundations to grow further volunteering in our lively and caring community.
PCS believes that everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience, can contribute to making our communities a more inclusive, connected, and compassionate place to live.
Our Role
A SG Cares Volunteer Centre (VC) serves as the heart of community giving. As the newly appointed VC, we connect volunteers, community partners, and organisations to ensure that help reaches where it’s most needed.
Our mission is simple:
- Coordinate volunteer efforts across Clementi Town and Bukit Merah Town so that every act of care contributes to greater collective impact.
- Foster, support, and strengthen community partnerships with locale volunteering groups and individuals who can nurture micro-communities of care.
- Empower individuals to discover meaningful ways to contribute, learn, and grow through service.
By working closely with social service agencies, schools, businesses, grassroots, and residents, we ensure that every helping hand counts, filling both immediate needs and nurturing long-term community bonds.
