Community Outreach Programme for Elderly
Enable the Seniors to Lead active and meaningful lives
Friends of the Third Age (F3A) is a joint partnership project of Chen Li Presbyterian Church and Presbyterian Community Social Services. It was officially launched on 7 June 2009 in a ceremony which was officiated by Dr Fatimah Lateef, Member of Parliament for Marine Parade GRC and Adviser to Marine Parade GRC and GROs.
F3A is also endorsed by the South East CDC (SECDC) to contribute to the Community Outreach Programme for the Elderly (COPE) programme in April 2008.
