Governance

To ensure good governance, the Board has put in place the following committees:

The Board has a gradual succession plan in place and is proactively seeking credible professionals in relevant fields to join the Board.

Board members are required to disclose any interest, directly or indirectly, that PCS may enter into or in any organizations that PCS has dealings with or is considering dealing with, and any personal interest accruing to them as one of PCS’ suppliers, service users or beneficiaries.

The Executive Boards serve on a voluntary basis. They are neither shareholders nor paid any director’s fee.
