We held our first ever ECAT Graduation Ceremony last Monday on 14th Dec 2020 at our Training and Research Academy at Jurong Point (TaRA@JP). We were honoured to have Mr Xie Yao Quan, Advisor to Jurong GRC, as our Guest of Honour for the event. Parents of our trainees attended the ceremony either in person or online via Zoom. Here are some highlights of the event.
Mr David Lim, our Executive Director started off the ceremony by giving his welcome address.

It was followed by a certification presentation ceremony to our ECAT trainees by Mr Xie Yao Quan.

Tokens of appreciation were also presented to PCF Sparkletots, for being the first preschool provider to partner with use to provide job opportunities for our trainees, and Octava Foundation, for their generous support to the ECAT programme.
Our ECAT valedictorians give their speeches, each in one of the four official languages.
